Both 1st Term and 2nd Term are guaranteed to receive 14 weeks, including a technical rehearsal and recital in both terms, and photography day in the 2nd Term. We are running 16-19 weeks in Terms 1 & 2 (depending on which day your dancer has classes). Should there be a day of classes we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, classes will not be made up unless we fall beneath our allotted 14 weeks/term.

Term 1 registration online for classes closes on September 22, 2024 for competitive & non-competitive dancers. Late registration is possible by contacting the Directors.

TERM 1: Monday, September 9, 2024 - Friday, January 31, 2025

Winter Showcase Rehearsals: Sunday, December 8, 2024 - exact rehearsal times for each class will be sent out closer to the show date. 

Winter Showcase Show: Sunday, December 8, 2024​​​​

• Who: All non-competitive & competitive dancers

• Where: Alderney Landing Theatre

• Number Of Shows: Depending on final registration numbers in the fall, we may have to hold two shows on December 8th. If so, we will likely split our classes by the day they dance on. So one show would be for Saturday dancers and the second for Sunday dancers. Families should keep this in mind when registering more than one child for classes, in case they choose to register their children for different days. In the situation of two shows being held, competitive dancers will likely perform in both shows. 

• Tickets: Each family will be auto-invoiced for two adult tickets to our Winter Show. Additional tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Families not requiring their auto-purchased tickets may sell them to another family as needed. 

• Costumes: All Term 1 dancers will be expected to rent a winter show costume. Rented costumes cost a maximum of $30/dancer/class taken, and dancers return costumes after the show. If your dancer participates in more than one class, such as Hip Hop and an Acro class, they have two costumes to rent. If they take three classes, there will be three costumes and so on. We do our best to keep costume fees as low as possible. Costume invoices are sent in late October with costume payments due by November 15, 2024.

PARENT & TOT CLASS

For tots that love to move but aren't old enough, or ready yet, for a dance class without a parent. Led by one of our trained professionals, these classes consist of movement-led games for the tot and parent to do together! Props such as scarves, balls, stuffies, ribbons on a stick, jingle bells, maracas, tunnels, and a parachute will be utilized!

Dress code for this class is any fitness attire!
