KAYLEE EVANS

Kaylee Evans is an enthusiastic & experienced dancer with over 16 years of training. She is well-versed in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Acrobatics and Musical Theatre. Kaylee graduated from Illusion Dance Arts in 2023 and has performed in several local showcases such as "The Nutcracker". She performed in the Rooted Dance Projects "Take Five" showcase. Kaylee is currently a member of the Halifax Thunderbirds Professional Dance Team. She has completed her RAD dance examinations, and is a Module 1 Certified Acrobatic Arts instructor. Kaylee is completing a BSc in Psychology at Saint Mary's University, and attending the Maritime Conservatory Dance Teacher Training Program. She is very involved in dance through performing, taking classes, and supporting the dance community. We are excited to have Kaylee return to IDA to teach our early morning Sunday children's classes! This is Kaylee's 5th summer as an IDA Summer Camp Leader, and she is teaching our June Acrobatic and Pom classes.
