HANNAH WHITE

Sunday Young Children's Program

Hannah has been dancing since she was tiny, was a competitive dancer for 7 years, and was consistently recognized as a strong performer and technician. She took her CDTA dance exams in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Acro, and performed as part of Nocturne for 2 years with Nostos Collectives Dance Association. Hannah teaches and performs for the Dalhousie University Dance Society, where she completed her BSc in Medical Sciences and is currently completing her MSc in Pharmacology. She is a part-time volunteer at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Hannah was the Aquatic Coordinator at Abenaki Aquatic Club for 3 years and lifeguarded prior to that. She taught swimming lessons to all ages from Parent & Tot, up to Adult. She is an active Girl Guide leader with a local Ember unit, so has extensive experience working with children of all ages in a variety of settings. Hannah is an Acrobatic Arts Module 1 Certified Teacher, and we are excited to have her join us at IDA to work with our dancers.
