Join in on the fun, improve your mobility, fitness level and balance! Adult Tap classes for 16yrs & up every Sunday afternoon. Tap is easy to begin learning at any age. It suits all current levels of fitness and each step can be adapted to suit each participant. Every class will include a warm-up, centre work, across the floor steps and then a short dance combination. Save by booking 4-sessions at a time, instead of paying a weekly drop-in fee!
