Carolin has a degree with emphasis in artistic education, and is a collaborator in publishing the book
Educational Tools For Dance - Idartes 2017 - creator of research and pedagogical support.
Research-creation in which the values that Hip Hop culture contribute to society through Street Dance
and its history were evidenced, recognizing the contribution that Hip Hop culture makes to society as well as a pedagogical support that helps the recognition and appreciation of this culture.
Started in the year 2011 in a dance company named SoulBeat in Colombia which was directed by
José Luis Cuesta (Qfaces). There she learned the different styles of Street Dance; House, Popping,
Krump, Hiphop, Breaking, Raga-Dancehall, Locking and whacking.Carolin has competed nationally
and internationally in different championships: Dunkan Dance Festival, Hip-hop International,
Pereira Hip-hop, Manizales Dance Camp among others. She has been a choreographer and
dancer in different academies in Colombia and currently in Canada.
